Processing & Fulfillment Timelines
Returns follow a different process from the original shipment, as they require a specific logistics protocol. Once you drop off your return at the nearest drop-off point, our carrier will collect it and bring it back to our warehouse. There, our operations team will receive, inspect, and process the return.
Quality Inspection Parameters
The refund or shipment of your new product will only be issued after the item has passed our quality check and is confirmed to be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Evaluation Timeline: Once the parcel is received at our facility, the standard inspection and validation cycle usually takes 1 – 2 business days to resolve.
