During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or private sales, shipping and delivery may take longer than usual.

There are two main reasons why your order may not have arrived yet.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We recommend double-checking that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct.

If there is an issue with the delivery address, the shipping carrier will usually contact you directly. You may also contact the carrier through their official website or customer service line to manage delivery updates.

KELAB will continue sending real-time email updates regarding your order status whenever available.

Failed Delivery Attempts

USPS and UPS generally attempt delivery up to two times.

If delivery is unsuccessful, your package may be redirected to a nearby pickup location or Parcel Shop for collection.

If the order cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender, you will receive an email with instructions regarding refund or reshipment options.
