Please note that the validity of your balance depends on how the credit was issued:
Refund Credit: If you receive a refund issued as store credit, it will never expire and remains safely on your account until utilized.
Conversely, if the store credit is rewarded as part of a promotional campaign or special event, it may carry an expiration date. We encourage you to check your account details periodically for specific timeline limitations.
