Eligibility Note: Our current return and exchange policy is valid exclusively for orders placed within the United States.
Please note that you have 30 days from the shipping date to register your return request.

Return Policy & Logistics
Please note that all returns made for personal reasons will be deducted our initial shipping fee (roughly around $5 USD). Additionally, the return logistics and shipping costs required to send the package back to our facility will be the responsibility of the customer.
Complimentary Size & Pattern Adjustments: We are happy to offer a one-time complimentary exchange on us if you ordered the wrong device size or simply wish to switch patterns. The items must be in completely unused condition and requested within 3 days of your initial delivery.
