Start a return request, exchange your item, or get help with a damaged order.
Submit Return Request →Eligibility: Our return and exchange policy is valid for orders placed within the United States. You have 30 days from the shipping date to register your return request.
To submit a request, contact us with your order number, email address, and reason for the return:
Return costs: Returns made for personal reasons will have our initial shipping fee (~$5 USD) deducted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Complimentary exchange: We offer a one-time free exchange if you ordered the wrong device size or want to switch patterns. Items must be completely unused and the request made within 3 days of delivery.

Returns follow a specific logistics process. Once you drop off your return at the nearest carrier location, it will be collected and shipped back to our warehouse in Southern California.
Quality inspection: Upon arrival, our team will inspect and validate the item. This typically takes 1–2 business days. Your refund or replacement order will only be issued after the item passes the quality check and is confirmed to be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

All KELAB items are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email support@kelab.store with clear images of the issue so we can carry out a quality assessment.
Resolution options:
- Return: Shipping costs will be refunded after review. Once the item is received at our warehouse, you'll receive a full refund.
- Exchange: Shipping costs for the replacement must be paid upfront to begin processing your new order — these costs will be refunded as soon as the original item is received back at our warehouse.
