How to check the model on my iPhone

STEP 1:

Open 'Settings', click 'General'

Find 'Model Name'

On iPhone or iPad:

  • 1 Open Settings
  • 2 Tap Bluetooth
  • 3 Find your AirPods in list → tap the ⓘ icon
  • 4 Look for Model Number

Use the Serial Number:

- If you have the serial number, you can look it up on Apple’s website to confirm the model.

- Go to the Apple Support page and enter the serial number.

Via Settings (Fastest):

  • 1 Go to Settings
  • 2 Tap 'About phone'
  • 3 View 'Model name' and 'Model number'

Alternative Methods:

Physical Check: Look at the back of your phone near the bottom for small printed text.

Dial Method: Open the phone app, dial *#06#, and the model number will appear on screen.
