Track My Order →You can track your KELAB order in real time using one of the following:
- The email address or phone number used at checkout
- Your order number (not the carrier tracking number)

Order modifications and cancellations are only possible before the package has been dispatched. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Before dispatch, we can help with:
- Changing your size selection
- Updating the shipping address
- Requesting order cancellation
After dispatch: If your order has already shipped, modifications are no longer possible. You will need to wait for delivery and then submit a return request through our Contact Form. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Address change after dispatch: Contact the shipping carrier directly to request a delivery redirect.
There are two common reasons an order may not arrive as expected:
1. Incorrect shipping address
Double-check that the address entered at checkout is correct. If there's an address issue, the carrier will usually contact you directly. You can also reach out to the carrier through their official website to manage delivery updates. KELAB will send real-time email updates whenever available.
2. Failed delivery attempt
USPS and UPS generally attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, your package may be redirected to a nearby pickup location or Parcel Shop for collection. If the order cannot be delivered and is returned to sender, you will receive an email with refund or reshipment instructions.
Note: During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or private sales, shipping may take longer than usual.

If you haven't received your order confirmation email, try these steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder first.
- Confirm the email address entered during checkout was correct.
- If you still can't find it, contact our support team — we can locate your order and resend the confirmation.
To help us find your order quickly, include:
- Your full name
- Your shipping address
- Your purchase date
