Leopard on both earcups, with the volume taken out of the color and left in the shape. Deep wine, burgundy and plum, tone on tone, so the rosettes read as texture first.

The palette does the work. Against silver or space grey cups the wine reads rich and deliberate, and from across a room it looks like a solid deep red until you get close enough to see the print.
