Leopard on both earcups, in the version everyone actually pictures. Broken black rings opening onto a warm tan center, clustered and irregular the way real fur is.

The palette does the work. Against silver or space grey cups the brown reads rich rather than costume, closer to a coat than a novelty. Where a cheetah spot is small and solid, a leopard rosette is a ring with a hollow golden center, and that is what gives it depth at arm's length.
