What materials are used for KELAB cases?
Every KELAB case is crafted from premium, eco-friendly TPU that has passed environmental standard testing and rigorous structural drop testing. A high-strength polycarbonate (PC) chassis supports our intricate print designs, precision-rendered using entirely eco-friendly, non-toxic inks.

How do I clean and care for my phone case?
Safe cleaning methods:
- Mild soap & water — gently wipe with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth dampened with lukewarm water and a drop of mild soap
- Alcohol-free wipes — safe for refreshing surfaces and removing oils or fingerprints
⚠️ Avoid: alcohol-based solutions, harsh chemical solvents, and high-strength sanitizers. These can degrade the printed layers and compromise design integrity over time.

How do I select the correct size for my device?
It's essential to select the exact corresponding case dimensions for your device. KELAB cases are available for iPhone 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 series — including Pro, Pro Max, Plus, and Air variants. iPhone 18 support is arriving late 2026.
Apple devices sharing similar names — standard, Pro, Plus, and Max configurations — frequently have distinct physical dimensions and camera layouts and are not cross-compatible.

How do I check which AirPods model I have?
AirPods cases are cut for a specific generation, so an AirPods Pro 2 case will not fit AirPods 3 — and AirPods 4 and AirPods 4 (ANC) take different cases from each other. Confirm your model before ordering.
Fastest method: connect your AirPods, then open Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone and tap the ⓘ next to them. The model number is listed there, starting with the letter A.
From the hardware: on AirPods and AirPods Pro the model number is printed on the underside of each earbud. On AirPods Max it sits behind the cushion on the left ear cup. Note that the underside of the charging case lid shows the serial number, not the model number.

Are KELAB cases compatible with wireless charging and MagSafe?
Yes. All KELAB cases for iPhone 13 through 17 and Samsung are fully optimized for wireless charging — no need to remove the case.
Every case features a built-in array of N52 neodymium magnets — the strongest grade used in consumer accessories — fully compatible with:
- MagSafe wireless chargers
- Magnetic car mounts
- Magnetic pop-sockets and grips
- Desktop wallet attachments
Note: The Bold Case has slightly stronger magnetic suction than the Tough Case due to structural chassis differences.

Does the case design cover the screen and camera lenses?
Yes. Every KELAB case features 1.2mm raised bezels around both the camera island and front screen edges. This elevation lets you place your device face-down on flat surfaces without the screen or camera lenses making contact — protecting against micro-scratches.

Does the case material scratch easily from everyday use?
No. All KELAB cases feature a specialized scratch-resistant protective overcoat applied directly on top of the printed patterns. This integrated barrier protects the design from frequent contact with everyday objects like keys, coins, and hard surfaces — keeping the premium finish sharp over time.

Does the case add significant bulk or weight to the phone?
No. KELAB cases are designed for someone who carries their phone in a pocket or bag every day without wanting to feel the case. Despite integrating 10ft+ drop protection and a built-in N52 magnetic array, each case maintains a streamlined weight of approximately 80–90 grams (0.17–0.2 lbs) and stays slim enough to fit in any pocket.
